MAS Golf Construction and Renovation

Constructed a short game facility, including enlarged putting green, rebuilding of bunker greens including adding bunkers, and constructed chipping green.   Renovation of #1, #10 tee complexes.  Constructed Target Greens for driving range. Laser grading of driving range tees.

Complete renovation of front 9 golf holes.  Rebuilding 7 new greens, 120,000 sqft of new bunkers, and 30,000 sqft of new teeing space.  Rerouted 5 existing golf holes, including shaping of fairways and surrounding rough associated with each new hole.

Construction of various projects throughout the golf course, including rebuilding the 2nd and 18th green and surrounds.  Rebuilding various tees, most recently the 1st tee complex and adding a putting green. Expansion of #16 pond. Rebuilding of the practice facility, adding target greens, bunkers, and moundings.

Complete 18 hole bunker renovation, added various tee complexes and waste areas as well as adding more links-style mounding along with cart paths.

Restoration of various bunkers, laser grading of most tees as well as the addition of several new tee complexes throughout this 18-hole course.
